For this special project, we were given the opportunity to completely renovate and redesign an entire home, from the ground floor to the first floor. In collaboration with Platzer Sloopwerk, we got to work to give this private home a new, modern look and an improved layout.

One of the most challenging parts of this renovation was the relocation of the staircase, which, after the redesign, ends in a strategic location in the bathroom upstairs. This required not only a new layout of the bathroom and surrounding areas, but also a redesign of the entire ground floor to get the most out of the available space.

With an eye for detail and functionality, we have optimally designed the spaces both upstairs and downstairs, so that the residents can soon enjoy a home that perfectly matches their wishes and lifestyle. The result is a harmonious whole in which every space is optimally used, and the original character of the home is preserved, but with a fresh and contemporary look.
